Please allow 2-4 weeks for preparing handmade items to ship as it takes time to process in accordance with tradition as items are only made and kept in small batches or made to order.
Orders are shipped via USPS mail. Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order has
shipped. Processing times for orders are normally 3-5 days up to two weeks for hand made
products. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If there is a problem, reach out to us.
